About

A therapist who gets the ADHD experience from the inside out

I work with adults living with ADHD—diagnosed or not—who are tired of wondering why things that seem easy for everyone else can feel so hard. You may have spent years being called lazy, scattered, too sensitive, inconsistent, or “not living up to your potential.” My work combines ADHD-specific therapy with neuroscience-informed and trauma-informed care. We look at what's actually getting in the way—not just how to become more productive. - Executive functioning - Procrastination & time blindness - Focus & organization - Emotional regulation - Anxiety & overwhelm - Burnout - Relationships & self-doubt - Trauma impact I can collaborate with your healthcare providers and offer ADHD screenings, executive functioning assessments, and medical advocacy when appropriate. I also provide EMDR therapy to address the underlying impact of trauma, shame, rejection, and feeling misunderstood—helping you process experiences that may still shape how you see yourself and relate to others. This is an LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive practice. Your identity, culture, relationships, and experiences with healthcare are part of the picture—not separate from your mental health.
